Refund and Returns Policy

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
All sales are final. OEC.sh does not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
1. Policy Statement
OpenEduCat Inc., operating as OEC.sh ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), maintains a strict no-refund, no-return policy for all services and subscriptions purchased through our platform.
All sales are final. Once you complete a purchase or subscribe to any of our services, you are not entitled to a refund, return, exchange, or credit under any circumstances.
2. Scope of Policy
This no-refund policy applies to:
- All subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency, Enterprise)
- Monthly and annual billing cycles
- Upgrades and downgrades between plans
- Add-on services and features
- Custom development or consulting services
- White-label licenses
- API access fees
- Any other paid services offered by OEC.sh
3. No Exceptions
We do not provide refunds or returns in any case, including but not limited to:
- Service dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with the service for any reason
- Technical issues: Service disruptions, downtime, or technical difficulties
- Change of mind: If you decide you no longer need the service
- Non-usage: If you subscribe but don't use the service
- Duplicate charges: Even in cases of accidental duplicate billing (see Section 5)
- Service termination: If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service
- Force majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control
- Regulatory changes: Changes in laws that affect service delivery
- Third-party issues: Problems with cloud providers or external services
There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy. Please do not contact our support team requesting refunds, as they are not authorized to process any refunds or returns under any circumstances.
4. Free Trial and Testing
To help you make an informed decision before committing to a paid subscription:
- We offer a free tier that allows you to test our platform with limited features
- You can explore the platform's capabilities before upgrading to a paid plan
- Detailed feature comparisons are available on our pricing page
- Our documentation and support resources are available to answer questions before purchase
We strongly encourage you to thoroughly test our free tier and review our documentation before purchasing any paid subscription.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error:
- Contact our billing department at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge
- Provide your account email, invoice number, and details of the disputed charge
- We will investigate the matter and respond within 10 business days
Important: Even if a billing error is confirmed, we reserve the right to issue credits toward future service rather than monetary refunds. All remedies are at our sole discretion.
6. Cancellation Policy
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:
- You can cancel through your account dashboard at any time
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period
- After your billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time by subscribing again
Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund or credit for any unused portion of your subscription period.
7. Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will not receive a refund or credit for the price difference
- You continue to have access to your current plan's features until the billing cycle ends
- After the cycle ends, you will be billed at the new lower rate
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback is a violation of our Terms of Service.
If you initiate a chargeback through your credit card company or payment provider:
- Your account will be immediately suspended or terminated
- All services will be disabled, including access to your data and projects
- We may pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount plus associated fees
- You may be permanently banned from using OEC.sh services
- We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to credit bureaus and fraud prevention services

9. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits
While we do not provide monetary refunds, our Service Level Agreement may entitle you to service credits in the event of qualifying downtime.
- SLA credits are applied as account credits toward future service
- SLA credits cannot be redeemed for cash
- SLA credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance
- SLA credits are non-transferable

10. Consumer Rights
Some jurisdictions provide consumers with certain statutory rights, including rights to refunds or returns. To the extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude all such rights.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this refund policy
- You agree to waive any statutory refund or return rights to the maximum extent permitted by law
- You accept that all sales are final with no exceptions
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not purchase our services.
11. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Policy modifications will not entitle you to refunds for purchases made before or after the changes.
