How does the commission structure work?
Partners earn recurring commissions based on their tier: Referral Partners earn 10%, Silver Partners earn 15%, and Gold Partners earn 20%. Commissions are calculated on the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from clients you refer or manage, and are paid out monthly via your preferred payment method.
What are the requirements to become a Silver or Gold Partner?
Silver Partner requires either 10+ active clients OR $5,000 in monthly recurring revenue. Gold Partner requires either 50+ active clients OR $25,000 in monthly recurring revenue. We review partner tier qualifications quarterly and upgrade partners automatically when they meet the requirements.
What kind of support do partners receive?
All partners get access to our partner portal, documentation, and email support. Silver Partners receive priority support and a dedicated partner manager. Gold Partners get 24/7 priority support and a dedicated technical account manager. We also provide white-label support where we help your clients behind the scenes without revealing OEC.sh branding.
How long does the onboarding process take?
The typical partner onboarding takes 3-5 business days. We review applications within 1-2 business days, then schedule an onboarding call to set up your partner account, provide training, and give you access to all partner resources. You can start referring clients immediately after onboarding is complete.
Is there an exclusivity requirement?
No, we don't require exclusivity. You're free to partner with other hosting platforms and offer multiple solutions to your clients. We believe our platform is competitive enough to earn your business without contractual lock-in.
Can I white-label the OEC.sh platform?
Yes! Silver and Gold Partners can white-label the platform with their own branding, custom domain, and co-branded materials. This allows you to offer Odoo hosting under your brand while we handle the infrastructure and technical operations behind the scenes.
How are partner commissions paid out?
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out via bank transfer, PayPal, or wire transfer (depending on your location). Payments are processed within 15 days of the end of each month. You'll receive detailed commission reports through your partner dashboard.
What happens if a client I referred cancels?
Commissions are based on active subscriptions. If a client cancels, you'll continue to earn commissions through their final billing cycle, but no further commissions will be paid after cancellation. However, if they reactivate later, commissions resume automatically.
