If we fail to meet this SLA, you automatically receive service credits: 10% credit for 99.0-99.9% uptime, 25% credit for 95.0-99.0% uptime, and 50% credit for uptime below 95.0%. Credits are applied automatically to your next invoice without requiring a claim.
