About Infrastructure Costs
The prices above cover the OEC.sh platform subscription. You'll also pay your chosen cloud provider directly for:
- •Server costs: Typically $5-50/month depending on your needs
- •Storage & backups: Usually $1-10/month
- •Bandwidth: Often included in server costs
Example: A typical Pro plan customer with 5 projects on a $20/month DigitalOcean server pays $39 (OEC.sh) + $20 (DigitalOcean) = $59/month total.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, and at the end of your billing cycle for downgrades.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can arrange for invoice-based billing.
Is there a refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns in any case. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, you'll retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier.
Do you offer annual pricing?

What cloud providers do you support?
We support AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Vultr, Linode, OVH, Scaleway, Alibaba Cloud, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud, Contabo, and custom servers.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The prices shown include all platform fees. You only pay separately for your chosen cloud infrastructure costs (server, storage, bandwidth) which go directly to your cloud provider.
Can I host Odoo Enterprise Edition?
OEC.sh is designed for Odoo Community Edition. For Odoo Enterprise Edition, you'll need a valid license from Odoo S.A. Contact us for guidance on custom deployment scenarios.
