Common questions
- What does this Odoo pricing calculator include?
- Every number that lands on a real invoice: the Odoo Enterprise license at your country's rate, the cloud provider's current server SKU, OEC.sh platform fee, storage, staging environments, and the full Odoo.sh total for comparison. Nothing is hidden in a footnote.
- How accurate is the Odoo.sh comparison?
- The Odoo.sh column uses the published rates for workers, storage, and staging environments, plus the mandatory Enterprise license for your country. The cloud column uses live SKU prices refreshed daily. Both columns settle in USD so the totals are directly comparable.
- Can I share the quote with my team?
- Yes. Every input writes back to the URL, so copying the link sends the exact same configuration to anyone who opens it. You can also download a PDF or email the quote as plain text.
- Does the calculator work for Odoo Community?
- Yes. Switch the Edition selector to Community and the Enterprise license line drops to zero. The cloud and platform fee lines stay the same, so the Community total reflects what you actually pay.
- Why do my local prices look different from the US total?
- Odoo sets Enterprise license rates per country across 20 regional tiers. The calculator detects your country and applies the correct rate automatically. Totals stay in USD so a team comparing options across regions sees one number per column.
- How does the calculator handle the Odoo 20 Light User seat?
- Tick 'I'm on Odoo 20 Agreement v13' and enter a Light user count. The calculator splits Enterprise into Standard and Light users (€7.90 / $8.90 per Light user per month). The Odoo.sh column treats Light Users as a separate line. Flag the number as approximate until Odoo clarifies.
